 BENEFITS OF NON-CONTACT SPORTS

  1. It improves concentration and mental focus
  2. It builds self esteem and confidence
  3. It provides means of recreation
  4. It helps in building self confidence
  5. It improves skills that re useful for sports and games.

 Evaluation
1.    State three each of the benefits of contact and non-contact spots
