Always check the expiry date of any food, drink or drugs before \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0consuming\u00a0them.2. Buy only food, drinks and drugs approved by NAFDAC.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a03. Avoid buying snacks that have been exposed to sun and dust.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a04. Avoid eating stale food, ensure that only well preserved food are eaten.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a05. Always eat only well cooked food.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a06.
