Right Attitude to work \u2013is having a positive state of mind toward a particular job\/work i.e. doing a particular job with a rightful purpose or determination to do good in an organisation.<br \/>\nCharacteristics of people with positive attitude<br \/>\ni. Interest<br \/>\nii. Commitment<br \/>\niii. Promptness<br \/>\niv. Consistency<br \/>\nv. Punctuality<br \/>\nRewards For Positive Attitude to Work<br \/>\ni. High performance<br \/>\nii. Productivity<br \/>\nNegative Attitude To Work<br \/>\nThis means having a wrong or bad state of mind towards a particular work.<br \/>\ni. Failure<br \/>\nii. Anxiety<br \/>\niii.
