Examples of permanent changes are growth of pimples in males and females during Adolescence,malnutrition or kwashiorkor ,fatness and enlargement of stomach after a meal or intake of water,bedwetting,sweating and rise in body temperature.<br \/>\n<strong>5- to 7-Year-Olds<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>General Characteristics<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eager to learn; easily fatigued; short periods of interest.\n<\/li>\n<li>Learn best when they are active while learning.\n<\/li>\n<li>Self-assertive, boastful; less cooperative, more competitive.\n<\/li>\n<li>Physical Characteristics\n<\/li>\n<li>Very active; need frequent breaks from tasks to do things that are energetic and fun for them.\n<\/li>\n<li>Need rest periods\u2014good quiet activities include reading books together or doing simple art projects.\n<\/li>\n<li>Large muscles are well developed. Activities involving small muscles (for example, building models that have small pieces) are difficult.\n<\/li>\n<li>May tend to be accident-prone.\n<\/li>\n<li>Social Characteristics\n<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy organized games and are very concerned about following rules.\n<\/li>\n<li>Can be very competitive\u2014this may lead them to cheat at games.\n<\/li>\n<li>Very imaginative and involved in fantasy-playing.\n<\/li>\n<li>Self-assertive, aggressive, boastful, want to be first; becoming less cooperative.\n<\/li>\n<li>Emotional Characteristics\n<\/li>\n<li>Alert to feelings of others but unaware of how their own actions affect others.\n<\/li>\n<li>Very sensitive to praise and recognition;
