\nPathogens are very tiny organisms that cannot be seen with the naked eye but which cause diseases when they enter the body.
\nPATHOGENS
\nThe agent causing diseases are called pathogens. <\/p>\n

\u00a0PATHOGENS OR DISEASE CAUSATIVE AGENTS ARE THE FOLLOWING<\/p>\n

  1. Viruses\n<\/li>\n
  2. Bacteria\n<\/li>\n
  3. Fungi\n<\/li>\n
  4. Protozoa\n<\/li>\n
  5. Worms\n<\/li>\n
  6. Rickettsiae\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0DISEASES CAUSED BY PATHOGENS
    \nA disease is an incident that disrupt the structure and function of the body system.
    \nThe diseases which are caused by pathogens are also known as pathogenic diseases.
    \n1. Diarrhea
    \n2. Poliomyelitis
    \n3. Tuberculosis
    \n4. Hepatitis
    \n5. HIV\/AIDs
    \n6. Malaria
    \n7. Measles
    \n8. Chicken pox
    \n9. Mumps<\/p>\n

    \n\u00a0There are two main types of diseases.They are:

    \nThese are diseases that can be transmitted from one person to another or from animals to human<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Some common Examples of communicable diseases are;<\/p>\n

    2. Measles\n<\/li>\n
    3. HIV\/AIDS\n<\/li>\n
    4. Tuberculosis\n<\/li>\n
    5. Yellow fever\n<\/li>\n
    6. Cholera\n<\/li>\n
    7. Syphilis\n<\/li>\n
    8. Scabies\n<\/li>\n
    9. Flu\n<\/li>\n
    10. Gonorrhea\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0NON COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
      \nThis types of disease cannot be transmitted from one person to the other. Examples are.
      \nNon-communicable diseases may result from Physiological failure, chemical fallout, malnutrition, genetic traits, brain damage etc.<\/p>\n
